It’s ideal for data centers, high-tech warehouses, R&D facilities, and other tech-related industries requiring robust digital infrastructure.

We offer both 20kV and 150kV connections, supplied by PLN, to meet various power requirements.

Befa Digital Town features excellent soil and drainage characteristics. The area has very stable, dense soil at depths of 6-10 meters, consisting of silt, clayed silt, sand, rock, and coral. For construction purposes, piling in this area is expected to reach depths of 6-10 meters.

Our drainage system is designed based on rigorous hydrologic calculations using Frequency Analysis of past rain records and flood flow data. The system is engineered to handle a probability cycle of 100 years, ensuring long-term flood protection and water management for the entire development.

Fiber optic connectivity at Befa Digital Town is managed by our affiliated company, PT. Kawasan Lintas Biru Digital (KLBD). They will install subducts for fiber optic cable installation from three strategic corridor points to the site, with the capability to extend cable installation throughout the area as needed. To ensure reliability and redundancy, KLBD plans to implement new fiber optic connections from Cyber Building (IX) in Jakarta to Befa Digital Town via two distinct routes in the future.

Industrial Water Supply: Priced at IDR (A x 0.6) per cubic meter, where A is the Bank Indonesia USD selling rate on the invoice date.
Wastewater Treatment: Charged at IDR (A x 0.825) per cubic meter, with A being the same Bank Indonesia USD selling rate.
Wastewater discharge is calculated as 90% of industrial water consumption.

The Maintenance and Service Charge at Befa Digital Town is calculated as follows:
  • Rate: IDR (A x 0.08) per square meter per month, multiplied by the size of your land.
  • Note: ‘A’ represents the Bank Indonesia USD selling rate on the invoice issuance date
This charge covers the following services:
  1. Security services in public areas within MM2100 Industrial Town.
  2. Road cleaning and maintenance in public areas.
  3. Maintenance of street lamps, including their electricity consumption.
  4. Upkeep of rainwater drainage systems along public roads.
